The theme of N.Y.E.L.A in 2019 was “Dreaming LA”. We reaching out to elementary schools across LA and asked 5th grade students to draw how their dream future city would look like. By using their words and drawing as inspiration, a team of artists bring them to live and projected on the surface of LA City Hall Building.
